The plastic stacker was designed for Solar PV EPC, installers, and solar PV module distributors

It is very convenient to stack the modules in horizontal to avoid transportation damage or even hurt workers

Tipping over prevention

When the solar PV modules are stacked horizontally, compared with vertical packaging, they are less likely to tip over during warehousing, transportation, and installation.

Compatibility with 30&35mm frame height

It is suitable for the solar PV modules  with 30mm frame height, while by add a 5mm height - increasing spacer, easily compatible with 35mm frame height.

Two pallets stacking allowed

It can stack two pallets and withstand the weight of up to 1.7 tons from 72 solar PV modules  without getting damaged.

Recycle & Reuse

Recyclable HDPE plastic material, it has sufficient materials and with very strong design, it could be reused until it gets damaged.

① The SOLARMLPE Plastic stacker is a spare part for solar PV distributors , installer.
② Normally one set consist of 4 pcs corner stackers, 2 pcs middle spacer.
③ Corner stacker suitable for 30mm frame height,  while one pcs Height-increasing spacer can increase 5mm height,  it means one pcs Corner stacker plus one pcs Height -increasing spacer can fit with 35mm frame, one pcs Corner stacker plus 2 pcs Height-increasing spacer can fit with 40mm frame if needed.
④ For safety, please don't stack over 72 pcs modules , it is not allowed.
